End User License Agreement

This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Tibo Software ("Tibo Software"). By installing Jigs@w Puzzle 2 ("Software"), by loading or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which Tibo Software permits copying or use.

General terms:

1. THE SOFTWARE

The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program Jigs@w Puzzle 2, which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Tibo Software grants you the right to the use Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

YOU MAY:

  1. Install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.
  2. Install a second copy of the Software on a second computer only if you are the main user of this computer (work computer or laptop for example).
  3. Distribute puzzles created by the Export or Mail functions in the Software.
  4. Distribute the install file of the trial version of the Software (without your registration code).

YOU MAY NOT:

  1. Sublicense, rent or lease the Software or any portion of it.
  2. Sell puzzles in the EXE format created by the Export or Mail functions in the Software.
  3. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the Software or any portion of it, or make any attempt to bypass, unlock, or disable any protective or initialization system on the Software.

2.1. TRIAL VERSION LICENSE

You may evaluate the trial version for the trial period (you will be informed about the period by the Software), after which you must register the Software or remove it from your computer. You have the ability to register the trial version at any time by purchasing the Software from Tibo Software. After purchasing you will be provided with a registration code. Putting the registration code into the Software will convert the Software into the registered version, and the Registered Version License below will then apply.

2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

When you register the Software, you will receive a personal registration code that will enable you to unlock the trial version of the Software into the full registered version. You agree not to distribute your registration code to others and to use it only for your own personal use of the Software. You acknowledge that distribution of your registration code to others, whether intentional or unintentional, could damage Tibo Software both financially and professionally. Therefore, you agree to keep your registration code confidential. Any unauthorized distribution of your registration code will result in immediate and automatic termination of your license.

3. COPYRIGHT

This Software and its source code are proprietary products of Tibo Software and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FORM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES.

5. DISTRIBUTION

Tibo Software allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely distribute the trial version of this Software. If you wish to distribute the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from http://www.tibosoftware.com. It is generally not necessary to contact Tibo Software for authorization, and you may begin offering the trial version immediately.
